Accommodation close to the airport
Papyrus Guesthouse has two room settings, each with its own feel. Garden Rooms open directly into the greenery, with a veranda outside. Main House Rooms keep you closer to the dining room, lounge and shared spaces. Rates apply throughout the year and include breakfast plus one Entebbe airport transfer.
Choose your cosy room
At Papyrus, the room choice is mostly about what you want around you during the stay. Garden Rooms sit among the greenery, with their own entrance and veranda. Main House Rooms place you closer to the dining room and lounge, while keeping your own private space inside.
Papyrus rates do not change by season. Adult sharing is priced per person, per night when two adults share. Single adult rates apply to sole occupancy, and child rates apply for ages 6–14. Triple occupancy is possible, with the third guest charged at the adult-sharing rate.
Garden Rooms
A good choice if you want a little more separation from the shared areas. Each room has its own entrance from the garden, giving the stay a slightly more private feel.

House Rooms
Best suited to guests who like the practical side of having the lounge, dining room and other shared spaces close by. A simple, comfortable option for a short Entebbe stay.

Child policy
Children aged 0–5 stay free when sharing with one or two adults, subject to room occupancy limits.
Ages 6–14 are charged the child rate shown under each room.
Guests aged 15+ are charged as adults.
When one adult shares with one or two children, the single adult rate applies together with the relevant child rate.
Two children aged 6–14 sharing without an adult are charged one adult rate + one child rate.
Booking terms
To confirm your booking, we take a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in (unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing).
If you need to cancel, what you pay depends on how close it is to your arrival date. If you cancel 60 days or more before you arrive, we keep the deposit. If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the booking total. If you cancel 29 days or less before arrival, the booking is fully payable.
One last practical note: if we’re holding dates for you and the deposit isn’t received by the due date, we may release the room. If we refund money, bank charges are deducted, and if government taxes or levies change, rates may need to change too.
